Nevika Integration Guide
Connect UnoRouter to Nevika through its Custom Proxy settings.
Overview
Nevika is an AI roleplay platform with long-term memory and thousands of community characters. It accepts any OpenAI-compatible endpoint as a custom proxy, and it ships a setup page for UnoRouter with the base URL already filled in, so you only paste a key and pick a model.
Quick Config
Drop these values into the client. Your key auto-fills when you are signed in.
Base URL: https://api.unorouter.com/v1/chat/completions
API Key: YOUR_API_KEYCompatibility
Step-by-step setup
- 1Get your API key
Create an UnoRouter API key from your dashboard and copy it. Keep it private; anyone with the key can spend against your balance.
- 2Open the Nevika setup page
Go to nevika.eu/tutorial/custom-proxy/unorouter. This is Nevika's own page for UnoRouter and it arrives with the base URL prefilled.
- 3Paste your key
Paste the key into the API Key field. The model list then loads directly from UnoRouter, so you never type a model name by hand.
textAPI Base URL: https://api.unorouter.com/v1 API Key: YOUR_API_KEY - 4Pick a model and test
Choose a model from the loaded list, save, then open any character and send a message to confirm the connection works.
Recommended models
Free models that work well here. Paste any model id into the client.
Gotchas
- Always pick the model from the loaded dropdown rather than typing the name. A hand-typed name that does not match exactly returns a 404.
- Free models are shared and rate limited, so they suit testing more than a long session. Switch to a paid model once a story matters to you.
- For roleplay, glm-5.2 reasons by default and needs no special suffix. Adding -thinking only pins the behaviour it already has.
