  • 7-Day Window: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original payment.
  • Usage Limit: You must not have consumed more than 20% of the credits or quota included in the purchase during the billing cycle.
  • Terms Compliance: No refunds are issued for accounts with Terms of Service violations.

3. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for the following:

  • Partially used subscription periods or credits beyond the 7-day window.
  • One-time fees, platform fees, or add-on services.
  • Accounts terminated for policy violations.
