Group Chats
Several characters, one scene.
Setup
Equip more than one character in the conversation settings drawer and the chat becomes a group scene. Each reply is generated as one specific character, tagged with the speaker.
Speaker rotation
After your message, the engine picks who answers: characters you mentioned by name get priority, then a weighted random pick based on each character's talkativeness, and nobody speaks twice back to back.
The roll is seeded per turn, so regenerating a reply keeps the same speaker instead of reshuffling the scene.
Prompt gating
By default every equipped character's card data is in the prompt. Characters with always active off are gated: their block only appears when they speak or are mentioned, keeping token cost down in large casts.
Turn triggers on a character can force or suppress their participation based on message content; match whole words keeps short names from false-matching inside other words.
Tips
Address characters by name to steer the scene. For a narrator character, keep always active on and give it low talkativeness so it speaks rarely but never loses context.
